References will be required from all prospective applicants aged 18yrs or over and guarantors where applicable.
An administration fee is required. This can be paid by direct bank transfer or given to the negotiator during the viewing in cash. A receipt will be given upon request. We do not accept cheques or credit/debit cards.
The administration fee is payable when our client accepts your offer and is non-refundable in any circumstances, including you failing to meet the standards of our referencing agents. Failure to provide the administration fee within 24 hours of your offer being accepted will result in the property being re-marketed until the funds are received.
At Harper Finn we never knowingly take more than one set of administration fees on the same property. We have high standards. If this event were to arise, all parties will be notified immediately and any outstanding funds will be returned within 24 hours by bank transfer or immediately in cash if required.

The Landlord will provide the Inventory and pay for the Check-In at the commencement of the tenancy. You, the tenant will be responsible to pay for the Check-Out at the end of the tenancy. The cost of the Check-Out depends on the size and furnishing of the property and will range between £120 and £300. If you require a more accurate estimate of the cost of your specific Check-Out, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your commitment.
The first month's rent and deposit are required in cleared funds a minimum of 24 hours before the commencement of the tenancy by bank transfer only. The deposit equates to six weeks of rent and will be held by The Deposit Protection Service for your protection.
